Shipping policy

 Transportation policy 


  • 1. Service

    We provide global shipping to all countries. We use DHL as the default shipping service, but due to the policies and customs conditions of different countries/regions, we will change the shipping service in multiple countries/regions to minimize the processing time of packages.

    After sending the package, you will be able to receive the tracking number via email for reference.

    Please check the following list for the delivery date of international transportation services.

    DHL Express
    Delivery days: 3-5 days

    SF Express
    Delivery days: 2-4 days

  • 2. Transportation Day

    Please note that the shipment will start 3-5 working days after the order is established. If there is a spot product, it will be shipped within 24 hours after the order is established.

    To ensure the status of the product you ordered, we will check the product again before sending the package. Therefore, packages are only processed on the dates listed above. If you need help due to any emergency, please contact us.

  • 3. Import duties
